Freeing up staff to attend training sessions can be an exasperating exercise in project management, and so our open courses are designed with freedom of accessibility in mind.

You can train as few or as many staff as you need at any one time and this has the added benefit of better budgetary control. All Open Courses cover mandatory health and social care modules.

Utilising our Open Course structure,  your staff can regularly attend for just one three hour session or complete two to three-hour sessions.  Open courses are also useful for annual certification updates.

​

The Open Course structure ensures you are fully compliant with all training requirements and CQC inspections and represents a considerable cost saving over traditional training methods.

You can use our secure online "book and pay" system to book your training space. If details need changing, you can contact us to make amendments.  

​

Initial courses run in Telford and Shrewsbury, and we will add new venues in due course.

​

Each course will show the maximum delegates allowed and any special requirements. For example, on any first aid course, all delegates must be fit to participate at floor level.
